Introductory teaching session in which the trainer will introduce the main topics related to gender issues in Work Environments and drama-based training content to the trainees.

Objectives

To increase the awareness of gender issues for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities in work themes and options.
To identify the gender issues for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities on work matters through drama and alternative perspectives.
